Embarking on a new journey
Having been in the automotive trade for my entire career, a spanner man and fixer of all things. I am so fortunate to have the opportunity to be stepping back from the 9 til 5 (or 8 til 6 actually) to become a full time, stay at home dad. Two is good, but three is better.
With the arrival of my newest daughter, This blog is not just about my personal journal, but a platform where I can share my experiences and insights with those who are interested as well as having a place where I can share these memories with my girls. It serves as a virtual space for me to express my thoughts, perspectives, and emotions on this exciting new journey.

Being able to document my journey in this way not only allows me to preserve memories for my family in the future but also provides me with a creative outlet to explore ideas and engage with others. I am also hoping to pick up lots of new skills and creative thinking along the way.
Transitioning from being an income provider to pursuing this new venture of staying at home and looking after the baby has been an enormous shift for me, both financially and mentally. I have spent years focused on providing for my family, ensuring stability and security. Now, I find myself in uncharted territory, embracing the unknown and taking a plunge into the world of self-expression and storytelling. It is both exhilarating and daunting in equal measure.
Through this blog, I aim to document the ups and downs of my personal journey as well as also delve into various topics and areas that resonate with me as part of these changes. From the major shift from earner to home maker, through to mindfulness and travelling with a baby. I hope to create a diverse collection of articles that can inspire and engage my readers. Along with leaving a written legacy and account for my daughters to explore in the years to come.
